Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta® (AIBF)
Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta® is the largest Hot Air Ballooning event in the world and it happens October of each year in Albuquerque, NM. Approximately one million people descend on Albuquerque from around the world for this amazing 9 day event. Many of these tourists are hungry for a one of a kind souvenir and many are avid art buyers. They come to the tent on the grounds expecting quality handcrafts and they love to meet the artists behind the work. Where else can you expect to show one million people your work?
Artists of New Mexico, LLC
Artists of New Mexico, LLC began in early 2008 by Amalie Dorn (Fireworks by Amalie) as a small group of professional artists and talented friends from here in New Mexico. We began recruiting others to display with us in our tent gallery on the Balloon Fiesta Main Street for the 2008 show. In all we showcased the work of 18 talented New Mexican artists. The gallery was a huge success and many more artists wanted to participate and many thousands of our customers wanted us to go bigger so that is what we are doing. AoNM currently is the sole operator of the arts & crafts show of the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta and also has established the AoNM Galleria, Albuquereque's largest permanent Arts & Crafts market at 501 Main Street NW Albuquerque, NM 87104.
